Mr. Chen graduated from Shanghai East China University of Politics and Law, and studied Maritime and insurance law as a visiting scholar in Landon University and got an LLM in USA. He began practicing as a licensed lawyer in 2007, and before that, working in a maritime court for 17 years. Mr. Chen is well experienced in litigation and dispute resolution in his major fields. He published Maritime Litigation in China in 1999 and A Guide to IPO Rules of China in 2009.
