Mr. River got his LL.M degree at China Foreign Affairs University in 1995. He held the post of Legal Consultant for a long time at China Law Society, teaching law and doing research on WTO law，international politics & economics at a famous university. Due to his consultancy on international law & China law for government, China Law Society, China Social Science Academy, well-known financial institutions and large multinational corporations, Mr. River has made great contribution to introducing billions USDs of foreign investment, promoting international economic association and China legal system reconstruction.

Mr. River’s principal clients are state-owned commercial banks, foreign banks, foreign-invested banks, non-bank financial institutions, security corporations, multinational corporations, state-owned groups of enterprise, foreign-invested enterprises, real estate developers and private enterprises. His main work is to be engaged as legal consultant, giving advice on corporate establishment, internal governance, merge & restructuring and dispute settlement. He has helped many estate corporations raise capital, develop, construct and operate. And he also issued plenty of legal opinions on loans and guarantee. He can well discern customer demand and is quite familiar with business operations, clever at resolving disputes.
