Fei Mu

Graduated in 1989 from the Shanghai University, School of Liberal Arts, Law Department with his bachelor’s degree of law.

Practice Areas: Company law, Foreign Direct Investment; Bankruptcy and Liquidation, Arbitration.

Mr. Mu has been practicing law since 1993, with training and working experience in Hong Kong law firms.

Maintaining an interactive and cooperative relation with all levels of the government, Mr. Mu presently acts for some organizations such as Shanghai Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Overseas Chinese Affairs of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Shanghai Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce and many foreign invested companies.
