We are looking for two associates. The primary focus of their work is M&A, PE, general corporate law and FDI.

The candidates should have the following qualifications:

• 1. A gradutae of a famous law school in China and a master degree in law will be a plus;
• 2. Having working experience of at least 3 years in a law firm or a multinational legal department;
• 3. Hard working;
• 4. Lawyer's license;
• 5. Team spirit;
• 6. Fluent in English.
