Jin Mao Partners was awarded TMT Deal of the year of 2015 by China Law and Practice (the American Lawyer)
On September 17, 2015, during the China Law and Practice Annual Awards Event held in Beijing, Jin Mao Partners was awarded TMT Deal of the year for its innovativeness and outstanding performance in the field of TMT.
There were a couple of deals competed for this award election including: 58.Com’s acquisition of 43% stake in Ganji.com; Alibaba's $590 million acquisition of Meizu; Baofeng IPO; Didi and Kuaidi Merger;and Lenovo’s acquisition of IBM's X86 Server Business which Jin Mao Partners participated.
