On December 5, 2015, the seminar on corporate legal governance was held jointly by China Law Society Comparative Law Studies and Shanghai International Business Law Studies in Dong Guan, Guangdong Province. More than 70 people from NPC Standing Committee, State Council’s Legislative Affairs Office, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State-owned Assets Supervision Commission, CSRC, Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Waseda University, Tsing-hua University, China People’s University, Tongji University, Hong Kong Chinese University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Hitachi, Ping An Insurance, Haitong International Holding Company, Ai Jian Group, Shanghai Federation of Social Science Association, Institute of Law of Shanghai Social Science Academy, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Dong Guan Branch were present. Li Fei, Deputy Secretary-General of NPC Standing Committee, as well as Yuan Bao-Cheng, Mayor of Dong Guan addressed to the seminar.
