IPBA Regional Conference held in European Headquarter, Brussels, Belgium on October 10, 2016 and IPBA is an international organization which has a wide influence over the legal profession.

The Conference is the first to focus specifically on the Chinese enterprises’ “Going out” and international investment under the background of “One Belt and One Road” initiative which was proposed by Chinese President Xi Jin Ping. Hundreds of well-known international commercial lawyers and cross-border in house-legal representatives attended the Conference, and they come from United States, China, Japan, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Spain, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Hong Kong SAR etc countries and regions. Moreover, IPBA President and President elected attended the entire Conference.

The Founding Partner of Jin Mao Partners, first-grade lawyer, Mr. Li (Zhiqiang Li) was invited to be a keynote speaker to deliver an English speech named “The Classical Models of Chinese Enterprise’ “Going out” and risk management” in terms of the sole topic of “One Belt and One Road” initiative. Moreover, Mr. Li also answered the three questions in terms of Chinese and foreign lawyers’ cooperation, the Tax and Investment Treaty between China and relevant countries, government’s examination and approval for the overseas investment etc. Mr. Li’s speech was widely admired by the audience.
