On December 6 2016, the "Sino-US Government Legal Counsel and Government Lawyer System Seminar" was held jointly by the Shanghai Institute of Administrative Law, Yale University School of Law China Center and the Shanghai Bar Association in Shanghai. Nearly 100 people including director and vice director of the Office of Legal Affairs of Shanghai Municipality, Mr Wu Kai Lin and Mr Luo Pei Xin, Director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice Mr. Zheng Shan, Director of the Yale Law School China Centre Mr. Luo Bin, former US deputy minister of Commerce Mr John Sullivan, former New York City Government General Counsel Michael Cardozo and the other government legal counsels attended the seminar.

Mr Jack Li, the founding partner of Jinmao Partners, was invited to attend the seminar and addressed several questions on the related issues.
