On December 15, 2016, China Insurance Law Annual Meeting was held by the China Insurance Industry Association in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Vice Chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission Liang Tao attended the annual meeting and delivered a speech. Executive Vice Mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government Huang Qiang, Chief of the Second Civil Court of the People's Court of the Supreme People's Court Yang Linping, Director of the Law Department of CIRC Cong Lin, President of China Insurance Industry Association Mr. Zhu Jinyuan and nearly 200 senior executives of legal affairs of Chinese and foreign insurance institutions legal experts attended the annual meeting.

The morning session of the annual meeting was specifically arranged to discuss the insurance dispute prevention and resolution by part of the legal advisers of the China Insurance Industry Association. Mr. Jack Li, the founding partner of Jinmao Partners and one of the members of the Legal Adviser Group of China Insurance Industry Association made a speech and participated in the panel discussion on the topic of equal protection of the legal rights and interests of the parties of insurance contracts. His speech has won many favorable comments.
