On Nov 11, 2017, Jin Mao Partners One Belt One Road Legal Research and Service Center set up its Philippines Station.

Mr. Perry L.Pe, President Elected of IPBA, complimented on the cooperation between China and Philippines lawyers, and believed that the cooperation would surely promote Chinese enterprises to invest in Philippines, and advanced the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as the development of Asia-Pacific lawyer business.

It is reported that the 28th IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference will be held in Manila on March 2018.
