On November 17, 2017, the Third IPBA East Asia Regional Conference was held in Seoul, South Korea. Jin Mao Partners delegation attended the conference. Mr. Jack Li was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the morning session.

Mr. Perry L.Pe, President Elected of IPBA; Mr. Hyun Kim, Chairman of the Korean Bar Association, Mr. Henry Shyn, South Korea general counsel of Fortune 500 companies GE, Mr. Andrew Ryu, general counsel of Dow Chemical Korea, and nearly 100 representatives from South Korea, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, France, India, the Philippines, Myanmar, Singapore and Malaysia attended the conference.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Jihn U.Rhi, South Korea Jurisdictional Council Member of IPBA, presented a "Statement of Appreciation" to Mr. Sai Ree Yun, Managing Partner of Yulchon LLC, in order to express his gratitude to him for the outstanding contributions made by him as South Korea Jurisdictional Council Member of IPBA from 2011 to 2017.

In Seoul, Jim Mao Partners delegation visited Seoul High Court, Seoul International Center for Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, the International Bar Association's Asia Office, Cooperation opportunities and Yiang Jae LLC etc, to exchange the legal culture and share the cooperation opportunities.

The "Belt and Road" Law Research and Service Center South Korea Station also set up on the same day.
