On August 20, 2018, the photo exhibition commemorating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up policy of the People’s Republic of China and the cultural charm show of Shanghai commercial brand were held in St. Petersburg. On August 22, 2018, the Belt and Road Legal Research and Service Center set sail in Moscow，Wang Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Team of Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Huangpu District and Deputy Director of Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Huangpu District, attended the unveiling ceremony and expressed warm congratulations on the establishment of the 50th overseas station of the Belt and Road Legal Research and Service Center .
