Jack Li (Zhiqiang Li) is the Founding Partner of Jin Mao Partners, the First-grade lawyer and Arbitrator. Jack commenced the legal practicing in 1990. Jack is the President of Inter-Pacific Bar Association, member of the 10th National Youth Federation, member of the chief lawyers’ team of Insurance Association of China, Member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of Shanghai Municipal People's Government, member of the expert group of the Foreign Cooperative Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, director of the Committee of Free Trade Zone Regulation of the Law Society of Shanghai, and expert member of Qualification Examination Committee for Senior and Professional Positions of Shanghai Lawyers and Notaries, The 8th Shanghai Top Ten Outstanding Youth, Arbitrator of Asia International Arbitration Center, Arbitrator of CIETAC, Arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, Arbitrator of  Shanghai International Arbitration Center, Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, etc., Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, invited researcher of Shanghai Institute of International Economics and Trade, Mediator of the Rhône-Alpes Mediation Center in Shanghai, and Executive Director of the Belt and Road Legal Research and Service Center.

Since 1990, he has worked as a full-time lawyer, mainly engaged in securities listing, corporate mergers, project financing, information network and other legal services. He has served as a legal consultant for more than 200 Chinese and foreign enterprises for restructuring and mergers and acquisitions financing, and for the Office Building project of Shanghai Minicipal Government, China's first Chinese-funded financial institution's mortgage loan business, China's largest joint venture project, the first RMB business of foreign banks, the first foreign-funded corporate banks to issue RMB bonds, BAOSTEEL, ANSTEEL, China's 2010 Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai Disney and other national major projects. In 1997, he worked as a Chinese legal consultant in an internationally renowned law firm.
