In July 2008, Jiangsu Nhwa Pharma Corporation obtained the approval for initial public offering totaling 30,000,000 RMB of common stocks. Jin Mao Partners was appointed to certify its offline allotment. Nhwa Pharma listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 23, 2008.
