Mr. Fang was graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with LLB degree, whose practicing fields includes Company law, Real Estate and Construction Project, Investment, Financial Leasing, Maritime legal service, Litigation and Arbitration , etc.

In October 2014 ,Mr. Fang was invited by The Law society of Hong Kong to make a keynote speech about new rules and new opportunities for China（Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ). on “Four Districts of Cross-Straits Lawyer Forum”

Mr. Fang actively participates in social work as well.Currently,  he has beeninvited to serve as the director assistant of Shanghai Arbitration Court of International Shipping Shanghai Arbitration consulting service center of Internationai Shipping, providing professional legal advices to shipping enterprises.
