Jin Mao Partners was retained as outside counsel for Zhangjiang Group for the establishment of its loan company
Recently, Dr. Qi and Miss Lu of Jin Mao Partners were retained by Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd. to provide legal services for establishment of Zhangjiang Loan Joint Stock Co., Ltd. It is one of the first batch of 8 loan companies approved by Shanghai Government for the purpose of financing small and medium sized enterprises.
